Hello all

Can anyone recommend leading works on anti-suit and anti-enforcement
injunctions, within different jurisdictions? I think I know the
leading cases from England, Canada and Australia but are there
decisions that are often overlooked but which are worthy of attention?
Are there judgments from other jurisdictions? What is the best summary
of the US position?
